The Battery Activator ARL-BCD-3932T is a compact unit serving as three units in one: a Charger, Discharger, and Activator. It is designed for the regular maintenance of single cells, especially old ones. By using its functions individually or comprehensively, it facilitates maintenance. Comprehensive use allows lag-out batteries to undergo low-volt constant current charging and discharging in single or multi-circles (1-99), boosting the capacity of old batteries by activating disabled Active-Material.
