The Gas Alarm Controller ARL-MIC3000 is a centralized monitoring system designed for the management of gas concentrations and leakage alerts. It serves as a versatile hub that can be powered by the utility grid or a direct battery connection, supporting up to 120 RS485 output gas detectors and 8 4-20mA detectors in its standard configuration. The system is highly expandable, with the capability to customize additional input channels and connect to a wide array of transmitters, including those for temperature, humidity, pressure, and dust. Engineered for reliability, the ARL-MIC3000 features automatic detection for line breaks or short circuits, ensuring continuous safety oversight in industrial environments.

• Centralized Monitoring: Acts as a Kind of gas concentration monitoring and leakage centralized alarm controller.
• Supports up to 255 channels of input and 32 channels of relay output, with system cascade supporting more than 1000 input channels at most.
• Can be connected to various gas detectors, temperature and humidity transmitters, pressure transmitters, wind speed transmitters, and other 4-20mA signals.
• Provides multiple output signals including RS485 (standard MODBUS protocol), 4-20mA, Ethernet, and various wireless options like 4G, 3G, LoRa, and Zigbee.
• Intelligent Alarm Management: Features sound and light alarms where each circuit can be individually set with high and low limit values and bound to three relay linkage outputs.
• Automated Safety Checks: Includes automatic detection for line breaks, short circuits, and various detector statuses.
