QM-WX04 Horizontal planetary ball mill is a benchtop high throughput planetary ball mill designed to achieve the most efficient milling and fine grinding quality. 4 grinding stations with 4 cavity SS milling jars allow you prepare up to 4 different materials (alloys, ceramics, chemical products, polymer composites, metal oxides, minerals…) in an efficient way.

• High throughput processing is feasible thanks to the 4-cavity SS jar. Up to 4 different materials can be processed at the same time with 4 jars placed in position. Please click the bottom left image to see details.
• Bench-top compact design with 4 Grinding Stations.
• Large touch screen controller allows easy programming for multi-steps speed-up/down milling/grinding, rotate direction, timing control and cycling.
• Efficient grinding benefits from the high centrifugal force and pulverization energy.
• Suitable for mechanical alloying, mixing, homogenizing, pulverizing.
• Minimum output granularity can be as small as 0.1 um.
