Smart Battery Charger ARL-K-3970

The Smart Battery Charger ARL-K-3970 Smart Battery Charger series is a customized battery charger designed for battery charging of different battery systems. Thanks to its high efficiency and reliability, it is widely applied in different areas like telecom and power utility for all standard stationary battery strings. It can also be used as DC auxiliary power supplies during emergencies for protection and control. With the optional Cell Data Logger (CDL), it records the voltage of each cell. The PC software also enables a real-time monitoring for the whole process of charge with wireless communication.

Features:

Smart charger with cell voltage recording and PC monitoring for the whole process of battery charging.
Touch screen operation with easy going setting for charge voltage, charge current, capacity protection and charge time.
It sets 4 conditions for charge auto shut-down: Charge time, charged capacity, string protection voltage, and cell protection voltage.
Automatically stop charging when voltage testing is abnormal.
It follows charging pattern in three steps: constant current with fixed voltage, reducing current, and floating charge.
User friendly artwork, easy access to all components by operators.
Light weight designing enclosure, convenient for transportation.

Optional Cell Data Logger (CDL):

Each CDL is recording voltage of up to 12 cells for all cell types ( $1.2\text{V}, 2\text{V}, 6\text{V } \text{and } 12\text{V}$ ).
It has wireless communication with ARL-K-3970 main unit and PC.
ARL Solutions also offers customized CDL for non-standard battery types.
CDL numbers are easily expandable to cover more battery volumes.
One CDL is connected with 12 cells of ( $1.2\text{V}, 2\text{V}, 6\text{V } \text{or } 12\text{V}$ . Therefore, different battery systems will require a different amount of CDLs.
