The High Pressure Labyrinth Control Valve ARL-DN10-600 adopts a labyrinth cage and balanced plug design to manage extreme service conditions. The labyrinth cage, composed of coaxially distributed cylindrical discs, divides the flow channel into tiny circuitous paths to gradually reduce fluid pressure and prevent cavitation and flash evaporation. A closely fit plug and seat ensure very low leakage, making this valve ideal for conditions where blocked flow or cavitation are easily produced. By forcing fluids to continuously change direction and area, this design significantly prolongs the service life of the valve trim.
